How beautiful those words are, and how deep those meanings are, it will not be difficult to read them but it will be extremely hard to understand them and practise them. Maybe someone can claim: I understand. I will ask: do you, really?
I just finished the film called Dead Poets Society. Honestly, I was attracted by its name, then I borrowed it from the library. It is a simple story: a teacher is assigned to be the poesy teacher of a class. Those students who are all boys are highly expected by their parents. Those boys study everyday: chemistry, latin, poetry...even they do not like them, it is a lifeless school. But with the coming of this Captain, a poetry teacher named Keating from England, changed the faces of many students. He starts a lesson by a quotation from a poet：Seize the Day and Make Your Life Extraordinary! What a sentence! The following lessons teached by this captain are amazing, he teaches them to look thing with a different angle, to understand the meaning of learning, and to free their minds and to do what they want to do. Captain is a perfect teacher who teachs about life. Although the story end in the leaving of captain, what he leaves to his students is extraordinary: a life-long heritage of freedom of minds.
Yes, now I think I should ask myself a question: why do I learn? To sustain a good life in the futrue? To actualize my dream? Or is there anything else? Now, at this moment, I have no answer, but I will never leave my dream behind, I should learn for my myself, for my dream, for Amun-Re. Yes, definitely!
